Meet Frances

I’ve spent 21 years helping people move better, hurt less, and get back to the life they love.

“Hi! I’m Frances, a nationally certified orthopedic manual therapist with 21 years of clinical experience. I built MYO Integrative Health around one simple belief: when you address the root cause, everything changes.”

MY STORY

I trained at the International Professional School of Bodywork in San Diego and have been in practice since 2005. What started as a passion for movement and recovery has grown into a comprehensive system I call the MYOMethod; a blend of myofascial release, functional movement assessment, core rebuilding, and corrective exercise.

The MYOMethod actually began as homework. I started sending clients home with specific techniques to do between sessions and noticed something remarkable. Their conditions resolved faster, their imbalances became less pronounced, and they built a relationship with their own body that made every session more effective. That homework system became the foundation of everything I do.

The MYOMethod

My work focuses on the body’s myofascial matrix; the connective tissue network that holds tension, compensates for injury, and adapts to the habits and postures of daily life. By releasing fascial restrictions and rebuilding functional movement patterns, I help clients move out of chronic pain and perform at their highest potential.

I work with athletes, active adults, professionals managing occupational tension, and families navigating the physical demands of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond. Because no two bodies arrive at my table with the same history, every session is custom tailored to fit your body’s specific needs.

Beyond the Table

I’ve been an athlete my entire life, and it was through my own recovery from injury that I discovered the healing power of combining movement with bodywork.

That experience shaped my clinical philosophy: the body has an extraordinary capacity to heal when given the right tools and support.

My Mission

To help you release pain, improve mobility, and lock in longevity through a modern approach to manual therapy blended with the skills and tools to self-manage between sessions, so every visit builds on the last.
