Why I created The MYOMethod

Originally developed as self myofascial release homework for my clients, the MYOMethod was born out of what I saw working in the treatment room.

It complements hands-on bodywork, keeps progress moving forward, and builds real accountability, giving clients a sense of ownership over their own health.
