MYOFASCIA METHODS

MyoFascia Methods are combinations of self myofascial release techniques, core strength and basic fundamental exercises. Anyone can implement this framework throughout their day and from the comfort of their own home.

These proactive techniques release chronic tension throughout the body and stabilize to keep you pain-free, more flexible, and without injury.
