Life moves at a fast pace and taking care of your body is the best way to ensure you’ll be along for the ride.  A high paced, active life can come to a screeching halt if you dont take preventative measures for your health and longevity of your body.

It is my goal to provide my clients with the tools and techniques that ensure a long and healthy, pain-free life.

There are many layers that go into prevention and rehabilitation. Sometimes injury is unavoidable, but often it is preventable with some quick and easy consistent lifestyle choices. And when it’s unavoidable, those lifestyle choices, along with specific rehabilitative techniques, help support and speed up the healing process.

PREVENTION
Knowing the body’s strengths and weaknesses through A Whole Body Assessment is the first step to understanding how we create a balanced and powerful structure.

Developing a ritual of self care techniques and weaving those practices into daily life helps to ensure lasting change and stability throughout the body.

Daily movement and/or exercise at least 3-4 times a week accelerates the body’s process of eliminating what it doesn’t need. Sweating at least 3 times a week will support your immune system and boost your mental

Establishing a treatment plan of regular manual therapy and corrective exercises that balances your body as well as, fits and supports the needs of your active lifestyle.

 

REHABILITATION
Release of consent from your Orthopedic Doctor, Surgeon, Physical Therapist, or whomever’s care you are under with a note and any records of previous treatment, so the information needed is taken into consideration when designing a treatment plan.

Designing a complimentary recovery treatment plan to an established Physical Therapy recovery plan. The best outcomes happen when communication with current PT’s is open and accessible.

Developing a consistent self-care for recovery plan to support your body’s process of healing.

Establishing a treatment plan of regular manual therapy and corrective exercises that rebalances and restores your body as well as supports the recovery stage of your injury.
